hey guys, i working on building home automation system using ethernet based connection. controlling appliances via relays , needed advice regarding selecting relay controlling 2 ton air conditioner. i have found relay seems have high current capability of 30 http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/grove-spdt-relay30a-p-1473.html will enough 2 ton ac . other alternative measures can suggested switching ac appreciated. thanks the relay can handle fine, worry connections wires.  things carry 30 amps, lot of power, have big connnections.  little heating there cause arcing, cause more heating until connection burns up. take close @ ssr (solid state relay), these can controlled directly arduino , isolate control ssr pretty effectively.  last long time; i've never had failure.  have big connectors.  don't make noise. just thinking though. hey driving device using 2 stepper motors , motors slipping point wheels dont rotate. stepper motors im using have 48 n.cm holding torque rating , 1.7a/phase , using big easy driver ramped full 2a/phase drive them. using 2 9v in series (18v) power them. there not enough current being supplied or option decrease radius of wheels reduce torque on motors? don't offended using 2 pp3 9v smoke alarm batteries in series , being surprised you're not getting 1.7a ludicrous.  you don't have chance in hell of getting 1.7a out of smoke alarm battery if life depended on it. can throw in trash right , start looking replacement because never had chance begin using those. short answer why internal resistance high. need lipo batteries  a 4s lipo give maximum torque possible  the 1 linked below 1 of cheapest because 2200mah means 2 x 1.7 = 3.4a , 2.2ahr/3.4a = 0.64 hours = 38minutes of use on full charge. be sure use genuine lipo battery charger , never charge

i have got rtc clock module, have problems need with. have conect arduino there sda pin on a4 , scl on a5. use libary rtclibmaster, , exemple there set time , date. wrote little code time on lcd screen, problem when set time 20-30 second late, , when pase 59 second started count 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90 , after started count normaly again 1,2,3,4......  on second. last problem wount remember time when shutdown power, when cut power , put on start time there started time last time upload code, not remeber. have tested conection battery, , battery 100% new. please me, have plan make fun , not easy when wont work thanks!!! ps: sorry bad english which rtc module?  coin battery?  have pull-up resistors built in? i know in temperature web panel example www subfolder of sketch copied sd card's /arduino/www directory.  i'm curious there other folders copied on when uploading yun?  have python scripts want copy on in sketch , call them using process class.  curious if www folder way, or if can make directory. did little experimentation , tried adding folder (named 'test') file sketch.  uploaded yun (being careful upload on network connection , not serial connection) , unfortunately didn't see folder copied anywhere on sd card.  tried putting file ('test.py') in sketch directory likewise didn't see copied. adding 'www' directory sketch did copy on /mnt/sda1/arduino/www/<sketch name>/ directory.  works needs, i'm still curious if has knowledge of how ide treats yun comment definitively on other special directories. har installert joomla 1.0.11 men får ikke byttet til norsk språk. har prøvd med språkfilene som heter 1.0.9 og 1.0.8. får lastet opp og installert språkfilene men når jeg klikker publish kommer meldingen "error" opp. installerte først joomla via cpanel og tenkte det var noe feil der så jeg prøvde å installere manuelt men fikk samme feilmelding da. for noen uker siden gjorde jeg samme operasjon en lakseforening og da fungerte alt... noen som har forslag på hva som er galt? dette er besvart før og kan også finnes ved hjelp av søkefunksjonen.. din configuration.php-fil er sannsynligvis skrivebeskyttet øyeblikket, endre dette midlertidig og bytt språk.
