i have followed manual gertboard , have setup can write program on pi, compile gcc , upload gertduino using avrdude. trying interface adafruit neopixels, have no idea supposed put library. have tried: /home/pi/arduino/libraries /home/pi/sketchbook/libraries /home/pi/arduino/sketchbook/libraries /usr/share/arduino/libraries various combinations of casing (arduino instead of arduino, libraries instead of libraries, sketchbook instead of sketchbook). no matter try, when running make get: code: select all fatal error: adafruit_neopixel.h: no such file or directory on include line, reads: code: select all #include <adafruit_neopixel.h> compile code on laptop, transfer hex file via sftp , upload gertduino, defeat purpose of exercise in opinion. i not familiar code. if include line in own code, can use "..." instead of <....> place adafruit include file in same directory code. code: select all #include "adafruit_neopixel.h" use ...

can use live cd resize ubuntu drive without damaging install? have jaunty x64 installed on 640gb hdd. install on 300 gb's , had left rest of drive unformatted free space. installed kubuntu karmic koala 9.10 on same disk. when selected run both os's side side thought allocating remaining space on drive kubuntu. kubuntu allocated 2.5 gb's , resized ubuntu partition 580.7 gb's.. going try , resize ubuntu 300gb. delete kubuntu. create new drive in free space approx. 300 gb re-install kubuntu in it. gparted capable of doing this? it capable of resizing , formating partitions , making new partitions. so..yes. greetings.... can't seem find answer one: i've got textarea component loads content xml file it works fine, except when textarea spawns scroller (page_txt.vscrollpolicy = "auto";) , scroll bar run down bottom... text in textarea gets selected.. i've got (page_txt.label.selectable = false;) in there , can't select text using mouse, happens mysteriously when scrollbar reaches bottom... clues? thanks dan in oregon did find solution or bug have work around? im using ball valves controled h bridge home brew set up. ive seen posted on web site   " electric ball valves going switched using h bridge. 2 wire valves, eg open forward voltage , close reverse voltage. have made sketches in arduino allow me fake proportioning(sorta) using pwm control speed , time control total opening/closing of valve. valves have can position reliably , repeatably using method " this usefull havent first clue how sketch it. can 1 give me shove in right direction please ? tia pesh do experimenting valve have selected. find out how long takes open , close valve. divide time number of "steps" want have valve stop at. start @ 10 steps. each time period should open or close valve 1/10th of total. hi everyone, i have 2 arduinos (one arduino nano connected pc, , arduino pro mini receive data through rf) i bought pair of transmitter/receiver 433mhz, , i'm using virtualwire libraries. models are: receiver: rx-xd 5v transmitter: xd-fst (fs1000a) i'm sending data hyperterminal arduino nano, , lights led when receives string "ocho" (ok). the problem can't make transmision work!! attach code of rx , tx, , 2 photos of protoboards arduinos. hope can help! suspect of antennas, tried different lenghts (18 cm, 30 cm, eg), i'm using small wires, maybe problem? or using jumper wires can make them not work @ all?
