Help with compass project

i have 3d compass rion-tech.com name    hcm505b  rs-232
and need data arduino uno
i make circuit transfere ttl rs232 using max232 , test , work
so problem how send "68 04 00 04 08" command compass arduino , how translate recived command compass

so can 1 me please . .
i know simple thing experts beginner arduino
