Arduino Uno 3x3x3 Led Cube

hi. have made led cube 3x3x3. want work not @ this.
i have set when want upload code arduine error:

avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00

i have checked on software on arduino uno , on pc have checked pc can see arduino uno card.
pliz help!

do have stuff plugged pins 0 , 1? if so, unplug stuff while uploading.
