i wanted make using arduino uno , parallax ultrasonic sensors , icomsat sim900 gsm / gprs shield. wanted @ distance above 100 centimeters send message phone , @ distance of less 5 centimeters send message. i've made ??the code send message continuously. if wants me making program grateful

this part confuses me. please elaborate? part of issue need with??
and distance of 5 or 100 centimeters what? floor? phone? other object?
are interested in sending messages when sensor @ 5 or 100 centimeters object?
is there tolerance in measurement (eg. ±0.1cm)?
i'm sure there plenty of people here glad assist. bit more information needed.
