Thread: what videocam is better for schoolproject

hi, searched bit compatibility etc..

use ubuntu (9.04) , used capture kino , edit cinelerra, don't own cam anymore

i'm dramateacher participating in youthproject.and making film spots awareness, drugs, social problems,etc.. not professional use should !
foundation doesn't have alot of financial resources have watch budget.

need advice on videocams purchase. live on touristic island new vidcams available , , between $300-600. better. since kino doesn't capture hdv, vcams render in mp4, etc.,etc..

have advice pls.

i'm gonna use own laptop apps mentioned above , don't want tell coordinator buy won't able use.

while true ubuntu seems lacking hd support, believe changing, since on 9.04. believe kino or kdenlive or cinellera may supporting hd in 9.04. note lives supports hd, ie. hdv. might want check out respective web site.

have canon vexia hd camera , lives seems able take in hd, limited resolution. give shot ubuntu 9.04. note 8.04 doesn't seem getting attention because supplanted in 6 months new lts verison of ubuntu (10.4).

think hd tvs becoming more of reality in every day homes, might want consider taping in hd format. can dumb down (down convert) resolution, difficult up-converting hd , have images good.

hello, after conventional installation raspbian noobs v 1.4 raspberry pi 2 . how can configure internet connection on raspberry me download apt. hi, i've installed multithumb 1.1 on joomla 1.011 site , works fine in basic set-up (and jce-editor). except when try tweaking mambot params, things stop working. specifically: if use "only in these categories" setting , fill in categoryname, e.g. "news", pop-ups/thumbnails stop working, categories, including "news". if use "not in these categories" these categories still use pop-ups. if select "use thumbnails" "no" not no thumbnails no pop-ups anymore. so way use multithumb selectively use optioni "apply content {multithumb}", bit cumbersome. there more people having these issues? hi bikey, i having issues bit different - yet same.  saying have way set configuration plug-in.  not know how find cong this.  if can maybe read posting - don't bore process.  jce editor - have not installed - still using default html editor - cant recall name.  why not see config file? anyway - find if use static page , pass com...
