DHT11 on Attiny not working. strange waveform

i'm trying simple test dht11(i know horrible sensor ) , struglling make work on attiny(85 or 84).
the same simple code works fine on arduino uno , i'm using arduino isp. i've uploaded simple blink demo attiny85  , works fine.
the code this:

the dht11 used same. move datapin between 2 chips. powered the arduino. have 5.k6 pullup on dht11 datapin.
when connecting pocket scope on datapin on arduino: (sorry bad pictures, don't have working sd card nano) see attached arduino.jpg
but on attiny start on data not looking correctly. see attiny.jpg

what doing wrong?

pin 2 used serial comm..(has components connected it)
try change other pin..
