arduino +bluetooth CH06+ phone (android 4.0.4)

i have arduino uno+ phone galaxy gt- s7562 (the android inside him 4.0.4) + bluetooth ch06 ( file:///c:/users/admin/desktop/tutoriels%20pour%20arduino%20%e2%80%a2%20afficher%20le%20sujet%20-%20module%20bluetooth%20hc-06%20et%20arduino.htm )+ application google play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=name.antonsmirnov.android.arduinocommander&hl=fr ).
i tried working application , put here in phone , try if work or not, when searching bluetooth resulte : find him when try command arduino application stay not read arduino ( color of arduino gray not blue video inside link previous ).
1-is there lack him put inside phone?
2-do must download android sdk ( http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.htm l) , put him inside phone ?
pleaaaaaaaaase hepl i'm stuck , please tell me step step success communicate between arduino , phone.
