Thread: Need help with opensim

i downloaded opensim file through repositories following these instructions http://opensimulator.org/wiki/unofficialdebpackages

which places install files @ /usr/lib/opensim

after tried these instructions in read me file:

from distribution type:   * ./runprebuild.sh   * nant   * cd bin   * mono ./opensim.exe

however when run ./runprebuild.sh get

on hunch maybe installed went ahead , tried rest of steps yet no where.

i looked around other ways install it, there 1 other way have found. cant started though. after making sure have installed , try package through svn get:

work@mobile:~$ svn co http://opensimulator.org/svn/opensim/trunk opensim  svn: not open requested svn filesystem  work@mobile:~$

i use help.

ok try running:

runprebuild.sh

to find file or can run(this 1 might take little longer):

code:

find /home /usr /etc | grep runprebuild.sh

either 1 give output like...

code:

/path/to/file/called/runprebuild.sh

then use:

code:

cd /path/to/file/called/  chmod +x runprebuild.sh  ./runprebuild.sh
