Thread: Media Players that don't sort based on ID tags.

-

i spent lot of time sorting music folder. unfortunately, lot of music programs out there sort based on id tag. when id tags vary in caps, gets pain when have nirvana , nirvana , pearl jam , pearl jam listed.

i'm using exaile. decent program, curious if there other media players out there have option view music folder "as is."

ideas?

are referring id3 tags? if so, can edit tags , use uniform file convention. it's pain it's worth it. check out audio tag tool. batch tag editing, simplifies process.
