Open a door with a smartphone and an arduino uno

hello,
i want build own house control system arduino, first it's enough open door
i want that:
i have arduino uno ethernet-shield connected network @ home (fritz!box).
when in network phone, should able open door smartphone via android app have programmed. can please explain, how can connect phone arduino via wifi/lan

you can create simple webserver on arduino phone can connect browser change state of led. once have success that, can change state of door, led.

there number of examples on arduino playground explain how use ethernet shield set webserver.
