Automatic switch for solar charger

hello all. i'm new forum , arduino. have problem , wanted know if there practical solutions.

i have iphone , solar batter charger (see link below).  charger needs manually switched charging (in sun) charging iphone.

question: there switch can made trigger charger based on how light being shown on trigger? example, in full sun, charge solar charger, in pitch black, charge phone.

phone connected via usb.

the need switched manually reason 70% discount, might noit bad idea, , don't think need arduino fix it. if propose anything, going have open device , see how wired.  may find fix ix simple getting rid of switch, may there virtue of wrong theory, may find making wrong assumptions.

i believe iphones, , suspect garmin satnavs, not accept charge inadequate current source , can sure solar cell inadequate itself, hence battery, can't see problem getting charge battery while solar still connected.   

but think might find don't need anything, switch there ensure power solar panel going battery, if phone some, i.e. not matter of must matter of preference. not such bad idea if short of sunshine.

hello, after conventional installation raspbian noobs v 1.4 raspberry pi 2 . how can configure internet connection on raspberry me download apt. Multithumb configuration params not working? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi, i've installed multithumb 1.1 on joomla 1.011 site , works fine in basic set-up (and jce-editor). except when try tweaking mambot params, things stop working. specifically: if use "only in these categories" setting , fill in categoryname, e.g. "news", pop-ups/thumbnails stop working, categories, including "news". if use "not in these categories" these categories still use pop-ups. if select "use thumbnails" "no" not no thumbnails no pop-ups anymore. so way use multithumb selectively use optioni "apply content {multithumb}", bit cumbersome. there more people having these issues? hi bikey, i having issues bit different - yet same.  saying have way set configuration plug-in.  not know how find cong this.  if can maybe read posting - don't bore process.  jce editor - have not installed - still using default html editor - cant recall name.  why not see config file? anyway - find if use static page , pass com
