Hi-Link RM-04 wifi setup for webserver

hi guys am  learning wifi & ip
i have bought rm-04 module
no ethernet sockets on board serial wifi
can tell me settings on hi-link software enter act webserver.
my home  network 192.168.1.xx
my computer sees module (serial-wifi) , can log onto if change ip address modules  192.168.16.xx.
i can use default settings on module , modify them web page suggested need change work. not show on router (bt home hub 5) should it?
what remote server setting on software?
anyone done share project me.

hello, after conventional installation raspbian noobs v 1.4 raspberry pi 2 . how can configure internet connection on raspberry me download apt.
